Our Hybrid Garden Offices are exclusively clad in Red Cedar or fibre cement board externally, giving an attractive yet low-maintenance alternative to our painted Redwood Deluxe Garden Offices.

Just like our Deluxe Garden Offices, these Hybrid Offices are fully-loaded and top-end finished, as standard! A lined, painted and insulated interior, laminate floor and electrics are all included, but even more luxuries can be added as per your requirements.

We can design your building to almost any layout you can dream of. Whether you’re in need of an office, gym or garden bar, our range of internal finishes – including a slate feature wall, as shown above – mean that the possibilities are endless.

C16 grade 80mm timber framework
Roof overhang to the front and/or sides
40mm thermal insulation to walls; 100mm thermal insulation to ceiling; 25mm thermal insulation under floor
Double glazed PVC doors and windows
Grooved hardboard interior lining and trims
Painted interior in a range of colours
Range of Laminate Floor options
Electric pack (Number of included LED lights and sockets dependent on size.)
Single pitch roof with EPDM rubber covering
Guttering to rear
Tanalised timber floor frame and joists
VAT, Delivery and Installation nationwide
(onto a composite pegged base, included in price. Can also be installed onto a suitable existing concrete foundation, subject to survey)
