Annex garden rooms
Our robust-yet-traditional Annex garden buildings are designed to be in-keeping with the style of your house. With options for either Heritage finish (suited to Listed properties or Conservation areas) or our Deluxe finish (more modern and sleek), each building is designed and manufactured to your requirements.
Whether the Heritage or Deluxe finish, we can offer anything from a ‘shell’ building for you to finish internally as a project, right up to a fully insulated and habitable building, with additions such as interior partition and doors to allow for separate rooms, storage or toilets.
Annex Garden Rooms
Whether looking for a Heritage building to fit into the grounds of a Listed property or Conservation area, or a Deluxe finish to suit a more modern home, our Annex garden rooms offer modern comfort and quality with a beautiful aesthetic and quality.
With various options to choose from, we have tried to simplify things for you whilst keeping the buildings fully bespoke. CLADDING: You can choose between our excellent quality pressure treated Scandinavian redwood feather edge board, or our unique 20mm Secret Nail redwood cladding. Either can paint the building in our top-end Nordic paint system if required, or left preserve treated ready for you to paint yourself after installation.
ROOFING: Either traditional looking pan tiles can be fitted to apex roofs, or a modern and highly durable EPDM Firestone rubber can be fitted to either apex or pent roofs. A-trusses give plenty of headroom inside the apex option, and a pent roof can be kept below 2.5m meaning that the building can be Permitted Development in certain positions.
DOORS & WINDOWS: Our standard PVC doors and windows in the Deluxe finish are of a top quality and always feature double glazed units. The upgraded Residence 9 PVC doors and windows in the Heritage finish are a special timber-look design specifically aimed for use in Conservations Areas and Listed properties!
