Fully bespoke and designed to your requirements, this building is an example of how large you can go without the need for building regulations approval, with an internal floor space not exceeding 30m2. We have included a plethora of upgrades on this display model, but there are many ways to keep the costs down and meet your budgetary requirements.

This building is shown as a shell with no interior, but a full interior (including laminate floor, electrics, fully lined and insulated walls and ceiling, partitions etc) can be quoted for and fitted, if required. We design each building from the ground up, and can offer almost any layout you can dream of!
